SERVPRO Helps Elderly Customer With Mold Remediation

We recently had an elderly customer who did not go into their basement regularly.  When the customer knew that they were having some water and odor issues after a bid rain storm, they went into the basement and discovered mold in their basement and on their contents.  In the "before" photo, notice the mold growth through the carpet near the bar stool legs. 

SERVPRO emptied out the entire area of contents and discovered significant mold growth on the walls and bar.  SERVPRO removed all moldy material and fogged the space with anti-microbial.  Following all mold remediation safety protocols, SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County was able to complete this project in one day.
